DEVELOPMENT IN THE EYES OF PUPILS - BY SHEMUEL MUNJOMA GRADE 7A

Each year, approximately 14-16 Senior students are selected by the staff at the end of the Third team, to be on the Student Prefects board. This group is similar to the Prefect system adopted by secondary schools. These students act as role models for the rest of the school as well as taking on positions of responsibility such as office duty, leading others and acting as guides for visitors. They are Grade 7 students who are groomed to be future leaders and are expected to be positive in their attitude. They can be recognized in every part of the school activity by their white shirt, with a badge.

We also groom future leaders through many other programmes from as young as Grade 5. Responsibilities include House Leaders and Deputy Leaders, class monitors, etc.
